It looks like we have a website now. Cool!
So, this isn’t going to be a big bang in terms of our start. We’re just going to start. All our episodes will be streamed and maybe we probably won’t have a lot of viewers at first. We’re ok with that. As much as we want to create a great experience for you, our viewers, the primary focus of this game is always going to be ‘are the players having fun,’ because that’s what’s going to great the best experience for you. As such, we’re not doing a big fancy start, we haven’t blasted all avenues of social media, so apologies but most of you won’t know we’ve started.
Our Official first game will be Monday Mar 2 at 7:30 pm eastern. Since people don’t even know about this website yet… that information probably doesn’t help you much. Yeah… sorry.
Also we may be a bit inconsistent to start, with life and other commitments, the hope of doing a weekly show isn’t going to happen right away. I (as DM), could have said, “let’s wait until we’re all on solid footing,” but frankly I don’t want to wait. I want to start playing this game. This goes along with the notion of building up our viewership as the games slowly comes to a steady state.
All this is to say, our start may be glorious, but it isn’t going to be consistent or well advertised. We’re fully expecting that people will probably have to catch up on youtube a little before getting into the swing of our twitch streams. Frankly this will give people a solid idea of what we’re like and whether they like our game or not, a bit of a sampler before they dive into the main course.
